The educational department is a structural subdivision of the university, which manages the educational process and controls its quality.
The training department is responsible for:
- drawing up schedules of educational classes, examinations and control over their performance by deans of faculties, departments;
- drawing up a schedule of classes for all courses and faculties;
- control over the improvement of the educational process, introduction of new methods and forms of teaching;
- calculation of staffs of faculties and departments;
- reception and organization of review of annual reports, calendar-thematic plans of departments;
- control over the state of labor discipline of the teaching staff and teaching and support staff of the departments of the faculties;
- checking the readiness of departments for the academic year, examination sessions and state exams;
- organization of accounting of visits and success of students at the university, their analysis according to the deans.
